Responsibilities:

2. Identify potential clients and projects through networking and industry events.
3. Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
5. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
6. Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities.

1. Experience in business development, within architecture, construction, or related industry.
2. Passion for architecture and construction, with a keen understanding of industry trends.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proactive and results-driven approach with a strong work ethic.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

We’re looking for an experienced Project & Office Manager who can take command of coordination, keep projects moving, and ensure consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage project schedules, priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
2. Coordinate clients, consultants, and project architects.
3. Hold people accountable for commitments and follow-through.
4. Support the Principal in managing projects, workload, and office priorities.
5. Handle key office-management responsibilities as needed.

1. 7–10 years of relevant AEC experience.
2. Strong understanding of the architectural and construction process.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Strong judgment and practical problem-solving ability.
5. Proactive, highly reliable, and comfortable taking ownership.
6. High integrity and low ego.
7. Full-time, on-site at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
